TEAM REGISTRATION
When registering a team please make every effort to list the names of each individual participant. This will help us in allocating hotel accommodations and will assure that team members will be accommodated on the same property. Your anglers should plan to arrive in Key West on Thursday, April 22nd and depart on Sunday, April 25th. Since we must book our charter boats well in advance, please give an accurate count of anglers as early as possible. Individuals listed as anglers will be billed as anglers whether or not they actually fish. As this is a charity event, a $400 social registration fee will be required for those of you bringing a spouse or guest. Social functions include breakfasts, Captain’s Cocktail party, Leaderboard cocktail party, and awards dinner. To enter a team, please fill out the electronic registration form. We will contact team leaders with accommodation confirmations in early April. At that time we will ask you provide the hotel with a credit card to insure your room is secured. Reservations must be made through Crystal to receive the discounted rate. If you have a preffered hotel please let us know, as reservations are made on a first come first serve basis.
